• We know that Radakovich (AKA "Stevan Thomas/Steve Radakovich") was going out of business in 2007! 

• Also that Mr. Steve Radakovich (AKA "Stevan Thomas")  was "leaving the state, stated Ashley Anstaett (AG's director of communication)."

The Kansas state ruling, "also permanently enjoins Radakovich, who operated under the name Stevan Thomas, from engaging in business as a supplier in Kansas". 

"Our office is still working on this case. It has been made more complicated by Mr. Radakovich leaving the state," stated Ashley Anstaett, the AG's director of communications, in an e-mail that referred to Vintage Store owner StevanThomas Radakovich."
